Platinum FUBU Harlem Globetrotters Korean Vintage Jersey 2005 Blue (USED)

Picked up on our visit to Korea in May from Back to the Future Vintage in Hongdae, Seoul.

Meadowlark Lemon was a basketball player for the Harlem Globetrotters for 22 years. Known as the "Clown Prince", Lemon was a 2003 inductee into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. Lemon played in over 16,000 games for the Globetrotters, entertaining audiences with his running commentary, confetti-filled water buckets, and referee pant-pulling. He also played serious games against College All-Stars and Olympic teams.

FUBU and the Harlem Globetrotters connected in the early 2000s, creating a Platinum FUBU collection blending the 1990s streetwear brand with an iconic basketball exhibition team, both of which were deeply rooted in African American culture.
