The Port & Company San Antonio Spurs Playoff Tee was exclusive to those in attendance for the 2017 NBA Playoffs.
The Spurs finished the 2016–17 regular season with a stellar 61–21 record, securing the 2nd seed in the Western Conference. It was their first year following the retirement of franchise icon Tim Duncan. Led by MVP candidate Kawhi Leonard, LaMarcus Aldridge, Pau Gasol, and the veteran core of Tony Parker and Manu Ginóbili. The Spurs defeated the Memphis Grizzlies (4–2) and the Houston Rockets (4–2) to reach the Western Conference Finals.
In Game 1 against the Golden State Warriors, Kawhi Leonard suffered a season-ending ankle injury after landing on Zaza Pachulia's foot. Depleted without Leonard, the Spurs were swept 4–0 by the eventual champions.
