The Shelflife x Air Jordan 2 Retro Low brings a refined aesthetic to Michael Jordan’s sophomore signature shoe. The South African retailer dresses the low-top in off-white suede with a tonal lizard-textured overlay throughout the collar and midfoot. The neutral finish continues on the smooth leather mudguard and semi-translucent heel counter. Embossed on the tongue, an orange Wings logo delivers a vibrant pop of color. The sneak rides on an ivory-hued polyurethane midsole, fitted with encapsulated Air-sole cushioning and supported by a two-tone rubber outsole.

Design & Aesthetics: Designed by Bruce Kilgore and Peter Moore, the AJ2 was created to blend high-end Italian fashion with basketball performance. It has a sleek, minimalist look with no external Nike Swoosh.
Materials: It was notably crafted in Italy, featuring premium leather and a signature faux lizard skin (or iguana skin) texture on the side panels.
No Swoosh: The first Air Jordan to remove the Nike Swoosh logo.
Wings Logo: Features the Air Jordan "Wings" logo on the tongue.
Heel Counter: Includes an extended polyurethane heel counter for stability.
Lacing System: Utilizes a speed lacing system for quick adjustments.
